Fun, dynamic classes that cater for all abilities and focus on strength, fitness and fat loss using a variety of resistance based kit and bodyweight

Personal Training (one-to-one and small group)
Personalised plans designed specific to you, your lifestyle and your goals. A That Girl Coach will set you weekly strategies related to the nutritional and positive lifestyle changes necessary for you to achieve your goals. You will be held accountable to this with weekly measure check-ins and progress tracker reviews.

That Girl Retreats
We run female only weekend Retreats twice a year that focus on improving your physical, mental and social well-being. We do this through various activities such as Hiking, Yoga, Meditation, Lifestyle talks, Boxing and circuit and training
